The Gantt development, located immediately upstream of the Point A development,
consists of a 1,200-foot-long earthen embankment, with a crest elevation of 205.0 meet mean sea level (msl), located on the west bank of the Conecuh River; a 70-foot-long by 30-foot-wide concrete and brick powerhouse integral with the dam and containing two generating units, with a total installed capacity of 3,050 kilowatts(kW); a 2,700-acre reservoir at a normal water surface elevation of 198 feet msl and other facilities.

The Point A development consists of a 1,500-foot-long earthen embankment, with a crest elevation of 186.0 feet msl, located on the west bank of the Conecuh River; a 70-foot-long by 30-foot-wide concrete and brick powerhouse integral with the dam and containing three generating units, with a total installed capacity of 5,200 kilowatts, discharging to a tailrace; a 700-acre reservoir at a normal water surface elevation of 170 feet msl and other facilities.
