PPL Holtwood LLC, the licensee for the project is seeking to increase capacity to the project from the current 107.2 MW to 195.5 MW. The licensee has demanded that the current license be amended to allow for increased capacity and extended until September 2030 so that it expires simultaneously with the upstream Safe Harbor Project.
