Also known as Treadwell Mills Dam, this facility has fish passage that is not operational due to three downstream dam barriers that prevent fish from reaching this dam. Two of those downstream dams, Indian Rapids and Fredenburgh Falls, are now being removed after a years-long process between Trout Unlimited, US Fish and Wildlife Service, and other partners to secure this agreement.
