The Oswego project is located on the Oswego River in the city of Fulton, Oswego County, New York at river mile (RM) 12.3. The project is located at the New York State Thruway Authority’s (NYSTA) Canal Corporation Lock and Dam No. 2.
Project facilities include two developments: the Oswego Falls East Development and the Oswego Falls West Development, located at Oswego Canal Lock No. 2. The two developments share a dam, spillways, and impoundment.
